Onion Pork Chops

Easy, delicious pork chops covered in French fried onions. Quick, flavorful dinner for a busy night.


3 cups French Fried Onions
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Preparation Directions

1) Preheat oven to 400°F.

2) Place French Fried Onions, flour and spices into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands. Transfer to small plate.

3) Mix worcestershire sauce with egg. Dip pork chops into egg mixture; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to get onions to stick well. Place chops on baking sheet.

4) Bake for 20 min. or until onions are lightly browned and the chops are no longer pink in center.
